Loan Timeline
1Obtain Quote
(24 - 48 Hours)
  • Borrower requests quote via website. Borrower must provide purchase price, ARV, and rehab amounts.
  • Originator sends LOI within 24 - 48 hours.
2Loan Approval
(7 Days)
  • Borrower completes and submits loan app online. Appraisal is ordered and file is sent to underwriting.
  • Underwriter reviews app to verify ARV and rehab, as well as the quality of the borrower and the deal.
3Loan Closing
  • Loan committee approves and loan docs are sent to escrow within 24 hours.
  • Once pre-funding conditions are met, loan is funded. A 24 hour notice from escrow/title is required prior to funding.
