- Underwriter reviews app to verify ARV and rehab, as well as the quality of the borrower and the deal.
3Loan Closing
- Loan committee approves and loan docs are sent to escrow within 24 hours.
- Once pre-funding conditions are met, loan is funded. A 24 hour notice from escrow/title is required prior to funding.
