  • Borrower receives automatic loan options via website.

  • Borrower completes and submits loan app online. Appraisal is ordered and file is sent to underwriting.
  • Underwriter reviews app to verify ARV and rehab, as well as the quality of the borrower and the deal.

  • Once pre-funding conditions are met, loan is funded. A 24 hour notice from escrow/title is required prior to funding.
